A WSU Tecnologia dispõe da modalidade de contrato mensal de suporte e manutenção. O perfil de contrato é definido após previa consultoria identificando e estrutura tecnológica da empresa.
Os atendimentos são realizados em horário comercial de forma remota e segura ou de forma presencial. Dispomos de atendimento via e-mail, WhatsApp e plataforma de chamados. Alguns atendimentos, e não limitados a esses, que podem ser realizados dentro do contrato de suporte são:
